Delayed a day gave me a chance to play around with some shots before I departed the city today. I didn’t get back in time to take any shots around the Valley, so I decided to go with a favorite from today. High above the entrance to Hotel Pennsylvania, directly across Madison Square Garden, this chandelier hangs. I wanted to make sure I caught the shadow as well as the reflection of the high rise behind me. The arches and the colors all stood out to me. I was real happy with this shot and hope to visit again soon. July 22, 2011
